ORIGIN | TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing or using Origin, you automatically agree to the following terms. Failure to comply will result in a permanent blacklist without a refund.

1. LICENSING & USAGE

Personal Use Only: Your purchase grants you a single-user license. You are buying the right to use the software, not the ownership of the source code.
No Sharing/Leaking: Sharing your license key, account, or the script file with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
No Unauthorized Reselling: You may not attempt to resell Origin or any of its components. Reselling is ONLY permitted with Proper Partnership and explicit written consent from the developers.

2. SECURITY & REVERSE ENGINEERING

No Cracking: Any attempt to decompile, "crack," or bypass the whitelisting/obfuscation system will lead to an immediate and permanent HWID ban.
No Debugging: Using unauthorized debuggers, sniffers, or tracers while the script is active is a violation of these terms.

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY & BANS

Use at Your Own Risk: Origin is a third-party modification. We are not responsible for any bans, wipes, or restrictions placed on your Roblox account by game developers or Roblox staff.
No Guarantees: While we strive for high performance, we do not guarantee that the script will be "undetectable" or functional after every game update.

4. REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of digital software and instant access, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Chargebacks: Opening a dispute or chargeback via your payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist from all current and future projects.

5. SERVICE UPDATES

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify features due to game updates or technical limitations.

By continuing to use Origin, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.

Please read this before using the software. By executing Origin, you acknowledge that you understand the following:

1. ACCOUNT SAFETY & BANS

Use at Your Own Risk: Origin is a third-party modification that violates the Roblox Terms of Service (ToS). We are NOT responsible for any bans, suspensions, or account terminations.
Detection: While we work to keep our bypasses and features as safe as possible, no script is 100% undetectable. You accept the risk of being caught by anti-cheat systems (Byfron/Hyperion) or manual reports.

2. SOFTWARE STABILITY ("AS-IS")

No Guarantees: The software is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee that every feature will work on every game or that the script will stay functional after a Roblox client update.
Maintenance: We reserve the right to take the script offline for maintenance or security updates at any time without notice.

3. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Roblox Corporation or any specific game developers. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. DATA LOGGING

To protect our intellectual property and prevent leaking, we log HWIDs (Hardware ID) for whitelisting purposes. By using Origin, you consent to this security measure.

ORIGIN | PRIVACY POLICY

We believe in minimal data collection. We only take what is strictly necessary to protect our software and verify your purchase.

1. SCRIPT AUTHENTICATION (WHAT WE COLLECT)

To prevent account sharing and leaking, the Origin client only collects:

HWID (Hardware ID): A unique identifier for your computer to prevent account sharing.
Discord ID: Used to link your license and verify your roles and access within this server.

2. PURCHASE DATA (WHAT OUR PROCESSOR COLLECTS)

When you buy Origin through our official store (which uses Payhip), they handle the legal side of the transaction. For tax compliance and fraud prevention, they may collect:

Full Name & Email Address
Billing Address
Payment Details (Processed securely; we never see your full card number).

3. HOW YOUR DATA IS USED

Licensing: Your HWID ensures nobody else can use your key.
Security: We use this data to identify and blacklist users who attempt to crack or leak the script.
No Selling: We do not sell or share your HWID or Discord info with any third parties.

4. DATA RETENTION

Your hardware data is stored as long as your license is active.
If you are blacklisted for violating our ToS, your HWID will be permanently stored in our "Ban Database" to prevent you from re-joining.

By using Origin, you agree to this minimal data collection for the security of the project.

ORIGIN | REFUND POLICY

Please read this carefully before completing your purchase. By sending payment for Origin, you agree to a strict No-Refund policy.

1. DIGITAL GOODS POLICY

Instant Access: Because Origin is a digital product and you receive access immediately after purchase, all sales are final.
No "Buyer's Remorse": We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, find a different script, or decide you no longer want to use it.

2. SCRIPT PERFORMANCE & UPDATES

Game Updates: If a Roblox update or a specific game update temporarily breaks Origin, this is not grounds for a refund. We will work to push an update as soon as possible.
Compatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your executor and PC meet the requirements to run Origin before buying.

3. ACCOUNT BANS

No Compensation: As stated in our Disclaimer, we are not responsible for any actions taken against your Roblox account. Getting banned from a game or the platform does not entitle you to a refund.

4. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Blacklist Warning: Any attempt to open a dispute or chargeback via PayPal, Stripe, or your bank will result in an immediate and permanent HWID Blacklist.
Legal Evidence: We keep logs of all successful injections and HWID activations. This data will be submitted as evidence to your payment provider to contest any fraudulent chargebacks.

By purchasing Origin, you waive your right to a refund under any circumstances.
